The rest of my creature

Alrighty so here are the rest of the pictures of my creature created in life drawing.  the finished ones that is, i have some small studies of how her hands should be and some other ideas for creatures but they arent exactly strong pieces.  and i doubt anyone reads this but my mom anyways :)

Some newer sketches, the first one is part of a creative anatomy assignment for life drawing, there are more like it coming soon, the rest are dragons,  the ones on graph paper are some of my many doodles from my three days of whmis.

been a while

K so i haven't posted anything in a while and these are the latest. Starting with life drawings, gestures and studies of drapery, then i have some tree character designs and a frog/crab monster.

I drew my fiance's little niece and nephew for his sister for Christmas, the copper dragon for his other sister. My world of warcraft character with her netherdrake, my character Ryha, a griffin of my design a dragon of my design, a D&D blue dragon and some lion fishies.

So i finaly get around to posting some of my sketchbook stuff, here we go.

Been busy busy lately getting stuff together for portfolio and demo reel plus assignments in this that and everything. Well today i finaly had time to finish this and i am pretty happy with it.

Mountain layout

Did this in photoshop as a layout for a dive animation done in 3d max. surprisingly took about an hour.

New life drawings

Our last assignment for life drawing was a lesson in force and exagerated forms, these are some of the pictures done for the assigment along with a foot and hand study.

So i have been reading Joseph Gillands book about special effects animation and i am finding so much inspiration in every page. To look for the flow and energy in every object and the power of nature. that is what inspired this tree :)
